Nourein Darrag co-founded Roya Clinical Solutions LLC and is its Chief Executive Officer. She has more than ten years of experience in clinical research, global clinical operations and strategic project management.

She has managed and overseen complex multinational trials in therapeutic areas including oncology, rare diseases and advanced therapies. She has led multidisciplinary teams and international collaborations, and has overseen clinical research programs from study start-up through completion.

As CEO, Nourein leads Roya's corporate strategy, global operations, business development and sponsor partnerships. Her leadership focuses on operational excellence, accountability and transparency.

Dr. Ola Soliman co-founded Roya Clinical Solutions LLC and is its Chief Operating Officer. She has more than 25 years of experience in clinical research, global clinical operations, regulatory affairs, quality assurance and strategic oversight of clinical development programs.

She has provided scientific, regulatory and operational leadership for complex multinational trials in therapeutic areas including oncology and hematologic malignancies, cell and gene therapies, rare diseases, immunology, infectious diseases and medical devices. Her international experience spans North America, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and the Asia-Pacific region.

Her expertise covers global regulatory strategy, GxP compliance, quality management systems, sponsor and CRO oversight, pharmacovigilance, biometrics and clinical trial governance. She has extensive knowledge of FDA, Health Canada, EMA and SFDA requirements, with a strong focus on data integrity, inspection readiness and quality throughout clinical development.

As COO, Dr. Soliman leads Roya's global operations, scientific and regulatory activities, quality systems and clinical project delivery. Her leadership emphasizes scientific rigor, operational excellence, regulatory compliance and accountability, so that sponsors receive reliable, high-quality clinical research tailored to their needs.
