When you use the forms on the Site, we collect what you enter:
- Proposal request form: name, company, role or job title, work email, phone number, therapeutic area, indication, study phase, estimated start, estimated number of sites and participants, services of interest, your message, and your confirmation that you have read this policy.

Please do not send personal health information (PHI) or information about patients or study participants through the Site. The forms are not designed to receive it. If we receive it, we will delete it.
Information Collected Automatically
Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider in line with its standard retention practices.
Spam and abuse protection. When you submit a form, we record a one-way hashed version of your IP address and the time of submission to limit repeated submissions. These records are deleted automatically within 24 hours. Hidden fields on the forms help us detect automated submissions.
Your cookie choice. We store your cookie preferences in a cookie on your device. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not use the Site to collect sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects.
3. Legal Bases (for Visitors in the EEA, UK and Similar Jurisdictions)
Where data protection laws require a legal basis, we rely on:

We are based in the United States. Information you submit through the Site is processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.
6. Job Applicants
If you send us a CV or application, we use the information to assess your application and communicate with you. We keep applications for 12 months and then delete them, unless we hire you (in which case they become part of your employment records) or you ask us to keep them on file. You can ask us to delete your application sooner.
7. How Long We Keep Information
- Form submissions and related correspondence: up to 2 years after our last contact, or longer if a business relationship results.
- Rate-limiting records: deleted automatically within 24 hours.
- Server logs: kept by our hosting provider in line with its standard retention practices.
- Your cookie preference: 12 months, after which we ask again.
8. Your Choices and Rights
